TAYFUN TÜR
Director of Operations
With over three decades of construction management experience across seven countries, Tayfun has successfully led a diverse range of projects, from industrial and commercial developments to residential communities.
Tayfun plays an active role in every project, overseeing each phase from inception to occupancy.
Beyond his expertise in commercial and industrial construction, he has extensive experience managing residential projects of all scales, from single-family homes to high-rise developments.
He holds a Civil Engineering degree and an MBA.
JAMIE ROBERTSON
Director of Construction
After earning his diploma in Construction Technology from BCIT, Jamie began his career as a carpenter, specializing in high-end finishing. He then expanded his expertise to cover all aspects of finishing trades.
He holds multiple home builder certifications, including Construction Estimating, Building Science for New Homes, Financial Management, and Service & Warranty.
As a co-owner of Brigade Construction, Jamie oversees all on-site construction activities, managing site superintendents, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
EMILIO ABUEL
Project Manager / Sr. Estimator
Emilio began his career as an estimator and project coordinator and has been an integral part of Brigade Construction since 2018.
As the driving force behind estimating, tendering, budgeting, and project management, he plays a key role in ensuring the success of Brigade’s projects.
A civil engineer with a diploma from the National University of the Philippines, Emilio brings over 30 years of industry experience to the team.
NEIL MASON
Site Superintendent
Neil joined Brigade Construction in 2018 and has been a valuable asset to the company ever since.
A skilled professional with a passion for construction, he plays a key role in managing major project sites, ensuring efficiency and quality at every stage. Neil holds a CCA Gold Seal Certificate, demonstrating his expertise and commitment to industry excellence.
LAURA CHELL
Financial & Office Administrator
Laura has been doing office admin for almost 20 years and joined Brigade in 2025. As the Office and Finance Administrator, she plays a key role in keeping operations organized and efficient.
Laura is known for her attention to detail, reliability, and steady approach to problem-solving.
Whether it’s managing financial processes or ensuring day-to-day tasks are handled seamlessly, she helps keep the team running smoothly and supports a productive work environment.
